Small Business Benefit Package
This program is designed to support our local small business owners and their employees. My program benefits your employees, customers and your business. If you chose to be a part of this program you can expect real estate discounts for your employees, free exposure for your business and a monthly newsletter for your clients to be placed in your waiting room. If the business does not have a waiting room, alternative brochures or card displays can be utilized.
Employee Benefits:

Selling a house: Employees receive a 20% discount off of the listing office commission*. |

Buying a home: Employees receive a $750 credit at closing towards the closing costs of their home purchase. |

Selling & Buying: Employees receive a 25% discount off the listing office commission*, and a $1000 credit at closing of the purchased home. |
*Discount is applied to the standard Listing Office portion of the commission. Total standard commission for both Listing and Selling Offices is 6%. This is split 3% to listing and 3% to selling office. The 20% or 25% discount applies only to the listing office portion, reducing the listing office portion from 3% to 2.4% or 2.25% respectively. Total commission for a sale would be reduced from 6% to 5.4% or 5.25%.
Business Referral Benefit:
I understand how difficult it can be to attract new clients. Your business will be featured in my “Who To Call” section of my Welcome to Your New Home binder. This binder is given to all my clients as their personalized resource to businesses, attractions and services around our area.
